Functional filament with a wide range of applications
PP (Polypropylene) is a thermoplastic 3D printing filament and as well as being commonly used in daily life. PP filament is durable, break-resistant, fatigue-resistant, and semi-flexible. Parts that are 3D printed in PP are well-suited for uses that involve twisting, flexing, or bending. PP is also a contact-safe material for food, chemical, and medical applications, including orthopedic use due to its lightweight and low friction characteristics.
The polypropylene based ‘P-filament 721’ offers excellent 3D printer performance with low warpage and shrinkage combined with extremely high layer adhesion. Printed parts of ‘P-filament 721’ are very break resistant, have very good mechanical properties, excellent chemical resistance, good temperature stability, and low friction resistance. Due to its low density, it is excellently suited for lightweight construction. Applications ranging from technical components to individualized decorative and art objects to toys can be realized. The food safety of the PP starting material used opens up additional possibilities.

Printing Notifications:
Use special printing bed surface for the first layer adhesion, or Magigoo PP.
For a better bed adhesion, brim or raft are highly recommended.
Avoid dense and rectangular infill to prevent warping caused by PP crystallization.
